Designing the Tamarind Terraces Apartment Complex in Sailashree Vihar, with Aryans Investa Pvt. Ltd., challenged us to reimagine urban apartments for Bhubaneswar—a city ever in the midst of change. Across 7,528sqm, we worked to create more than just functional flats. Each home is a patchwork of privacy, sunlight, and shared courtyards where neighbors easily become friends.

Community matters to us. That’s why every detail—play spaces for children, benches shaded by trees, airy balconies—was designed to foster both quiet comfort and vibrant neighborhood life. There’s a gentle rhythm here, where hustle meets harmony and modernity sits beside tradition.

What we cherish about Tamarind Terraces isn’t just how the buildings stand, but how life pulses between them. These spaces will outlive trends, adapting with families and changing with the city, but always keeping a kernel of warmth at their core.
